Angelina Spencer serves as the Practice Administrator and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Texas Alliance Physical Therapy. With experience in both patient care and healthcare management, she works hard to make sure patients feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable throughout their recovery. Angelina believes the best care comes from building trust, listening to patients, and helping them feel encouraged every step of the way.

Angelina Spencer serves as the Practice Administrator at our Culebra location, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership to her role. With a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Angelo State University (2023) and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license earned in 2018, Angelina combines hands-on patient care knowledge with a strong background in healthcare operations.

Leadership at the Culebra Clinic

She has been a key part of the Culebra clinic for the past seven years, playing an integral role in its growth and continued excellence. In addition to her administrative duties, she maintains her PTA license and continues to provide patient care as needed, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every patient.

Clinical Interests & Specialized Care

Angelina holds certification in Functional Dry Needling and has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based techniques. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized care and functional recovery, with a focus on helping patients return to the activities they love.

Life Outside the Clinic

A San Antonio native, Angelina is deeply connected to the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys playing basketball and spending quality time with her husband, Josh, and their energetic 3-year-old daughter, Kalia.
